Modern villa near the famous beach

Holiday house built in 2016 is on the 2nd line from the sea and the beach of Muro (Platja de Muro) in Majorca. Its living area on 2 levels offers on the ground floor a bright and spacious sitting - dining room, American kitchen, a shower room with WC and a bedroom with the bunk bed for 2. On the 1st floor we have 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). On both levels there are terraces with chairs, and some with a partial view at the sea. Furniture is in modern and comfortable style. Air conditioning in the lounge - dining room and air fans in the bedrooms. Every bedroom with built-in cupboard and access to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, with the dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. In the exterior of the house there is a small garden with lawn, barbecue, outside shower for the beach sand, open air parking and covered terrace with a dining table. The place in a residential area with holiday houses and luxurious hotels 4-5*. Beach in 30m of the house is one of the best of the world and definitely on of a kind in Spain. Advisable for the families with children.
